Our "La Estancia" penthouse overlooks the beautiful bay of Piscadera. The building "Piscadera Residence", is a small four-story one with 12-hour security guard, located at the heart of Curacao's prime hotel area at walking distance from MARRIOTT & HILTON hotels. Residence Piscadera offers code protected access to building's covered parking, fully automated central air conditioning system, well maintained pool area overlooking the bay of Piscadera, satellite TV, and an elevator that opens directly into the penthouse's lobby.

La Estancia penthouse has an ample terrace with a breathtaking 360-degree view of the bay. Property total area is about 3,000 sq. ft. so there is ample space for all family members. A charcoal grill is located at the outside terrace to prepare delicious barbecue while enjoying a beautiful sunset around 6:45 PM. There is also an ample wet bar for enjoyment of the visitors. The wet bar is located at the inside terrace. Both outside and inside terraces are divided by glass folding doors, which can be fully open creating a very nice area to enjoy.

Property has plasma TV's installed at the wet bar, living room, main bedroom and two other bedrooms. All bedrooms are professionally decorated with top of the line furniture. Furthermore, all property bathrooms had been recently renovated with spanish and italian tiles and glass doors. In summary, you can expect US and European standards for this property.

Property has a top quality Bang and Olufsen sound system reaching all areas from the terrace to bathrooms. Each area has it's own remote control sensor so you can enjoy your favorite DVD or preferred radio station or just turn it off to keep your area silent to read your favorite book or watch your favorite TV program.
Property has plasma TV's installed at the wet bar, living room, main bedroom and two other bedrooms. The TV at the living romm is connected to local cable supplier and building satellite dish. TV's at the bedroom are connected only to the building satellite dish
Cleaning takes place every Monday afternoon. Extra cleaning day can be arranged if required. Personnel can be provided, to make your breakfast or prepare a barbecue etc. Shopping can be delivered and we can also provide laundry services at extra charge. Massages and Beauty treatment can also be arranged.
Property can be hired with or without car-rental.

Rental price includes your access to 5 stars CURACAO MARRIOTT Beach Resort & Emerald Casino. Most of our visitors rank access to this resort as an excellent compliment. CURACAO MARRIOTT Resort has top facilities which includes a spectacular beach, a beautiful pool overlooking the beach, gym, restaurants, and a water & sports center.
The complex also has its own pool facilities located at grond level. Pool is very well maintained. It also iverlooks the bay of Piscadera. There are sun-beds and also a separate toilet
There are three PADI certified diving operators located at walking distance from the property. Each operator is located at the hotel facilities of Marriott, Hilton and Floris respectivelly. Many of our guests prefer the operator at Marriott because of the relationship. Nevertheless, We have heard good comments from them all.
